MonitoHQ is a clinical-operations platform for trial-monitoring teams. This scheduler is the "Book a demo" feature on our website: it lets prospective customers pick a time and reserve a live product demonstration with our team — in just a few clicks, with no back-and-forth emails.

- Shows the real-time availability of our team for a 30-minute demo.
- Lets a visitor choose an open slot and enter their contact details (name, company, email, phone).
- Creates the meeting and sends the visitor a calendar invitation with a Google Meet link.
How it uses Google
To offer accurate availability and confirm your booking, the scheduler connects to a MonitoHQ-owned Google Calendar using Google's official Calendar API. Specifically it:
- reads free/busy information (busy time ranges only — never the content, titles or attendees of existing events) to determine which slots are open; and
- creates one calendar event for your demo and adds you as a guest so you receive an invite.

Who it's for
