MonitoTerms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MonitoHQ website at monitohq.com and the demo-booking feature offered on it (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site
The Site presents information about the MonitoHQ clinical-operations platform and lets you request a product demonstration by selecting an available time slot. Use of the separate MonitoHQ product is governed by its own agreement and is not covered here.
2. Booking a demo
- You agree to provide accurate information (name, company, email, telephone) when booking.
- Bookings are for the purpose of scheduling a genuine product demonstration. Automated, fraudulent, abusive, or spam bookings are prohibited.
- Each email address may hold one active booking at a time; booking a new slot reschedules any existing one.
- We may modify, reschedule, decline, or cancel a booking where necessary (for example, in case of suspected abuse or a scheduling conflict).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying services;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the MonitoHQ name and logo are owned by MonitoHQ and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.
5. Third-party services
The booking feature relies on Google Calendar and Google Meet. Your use of those services, including any calendar invitation or video call, is also subject to Google's terms. See our Privacy Policy for how booking data and Google Calendar access are handled.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonitoHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
